Who we are

An operating company for online retail

We are not an agency and we are not a marketplace. We own and operate the storefronts we run, which means we carry the whole chain: what is sold, how it is presented, how it is advertised, how it is paid for, how it is shipped, and how the customer is answered afterwards.

JoaoV Digital Business LLC was formed in 2025 in the State of New Mexico, United States, with its registered office in Albuquerque. From there the company operates a portfolio of direct-to-consumer online stores serving customers across European and American markets.

Each store is run as its own commercial unit — its own catalogue, its own brand, its own terms of sale and its own customer service channel — while sharing the operational backbone the company maintains: vetted suppliers, payment infrastructure, logistics partners, analytics and a common standard for how customers are treated.

That structure is deliberate. Cross-border retail fails on the unglamorous parts: a delivery estimate nobody can honour, a refund that takes three weeks, a checkout that declines half of a country's cards. Centralising the infrastructure and keeping the brands separate is what lets a small, senior team hold a consistent standard across very different markets.

The company works with established suppliers and third-party logistics providers rather than holding its own warehousing, and settles payments exclusively through regulated, PCI DSS compliant payment service providers.

What we do

Four disciplines, one operation

Every store we run is assembled from the same four capabilities, kept in-house so that responsibility for the customer is never handed off.

Brand & store operations

Product selection, pricing, catalogue and storefront build. Each brand gets its own positioning, its own policies and its own published terms of sale.

Performance marketing

Creative production and paid acquisition on the major advertising platforms, measured against contribution margin rather than vanity metrics.

Supply chain & fulfilment

Sourcing from vetted suppliers and shipping through third-party logistics partners, with delivery windows published before checkout, not after.

Customer care

A monitored support address per store, order tracking, and a published returns and refunds policy applied consistently in every market we sell to.

Where we operate

Europe and the Americas

Storefronts are localised per region — language, currency, delivery expectations, consumer-rights notices and the payment methods people in that market actually use.

Europe

Sales into the European Union and the United Kingdom, with EU consumer-rights information, VAT-inclusive pricing and a right-of-withdrawal notice presented at checkout.

  • European Union
  • United Kingdom
  • EEA

North America

The company's home market. Domestic support hours, US-based registered office, and fulfilment routed through North American logistics partners where available.

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Mexico

Latin America

Portuguese- and Spanish-language storefronts with local payment methods and customer support in the customer's own language.

  • Brazil
  • Spanish-speaking LatAm

How a store gets built

From market read to a store that ships

The same five steps, whichever market a brand is launched into. Nothing goes live before the parts a customer will judge us on — delivery, payment and support — are in place.

  1. Market and demand research

We study live demand and competitive offers in a target market before committing to a category, so a launch starts from evidence rather than a hunch.

  2. Supplier qualification

Suppliers are sampled and assessed on product quality, lead time and their ability to hold a delivery promise at volume.

  3. Storefront and compliance setup

Localised storefront, published policies, tax and consumer-rights notices, and a payment stack appropriate to the jurisdiction.

  4. Acquisition and iteration

Creative and media are tested at controlled spend, and scaled only where unit economics hold after refunds, shipping and payment fees.

  5. Service and retention

Support volumes, delivery performance and refund rates are reviewed continuously, and feed straight back into sourcing decisions.

Trust & compliance

How we handle money, data and disputes

Selling across borders means answering to several regimes at once. These are the standing commitments that apply to every store the company operates.

Payments

All card payments are processed by regulated, PCI DSS compliant payment service providers. The company does not collect, process or store full card numbers on its own systems.

Data protection

Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR for customers in the EU and the UK, and with applicable US state privacy law. Our practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights

Each store publishes its shipping times, returns window and refund process before checkout, and honours the statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights of the customer's jurisdiction.

Transparent identity

The legal entity behind every store is identifiable: legal name, registered office and a monitored contact address are published on the storefront and repeated here.

Disputes

Complaints are answered directly and in writing. We ask customers to contact us before opening a chargeback, and we respond to acquirer and processor enquiries within their stated windows.

Advertising standards

Marketing claims are kept to what the product actually does. We do not use forced-continuity billing, hidden subscriptions or countdown pressure that resets on reload.
